SuccessFactors’ Director of Emerging Markets to Discuss How to Strategically
Grow and Utilise the Enterprise Cloud to Expand Market into New Sectors and Territories

AMSTERDAM, The Netherlands — June 4, 2009 — SuccessFactors Inc. (NASDAQ:SFSF), the global leader in on-demand performance and talent management solutions, today announced that Marjorie Toucas, Director of Emerging Markets for EMEA, will participate in this year’s Software and Information Industry Association’s (SIIA) panel discussion entitled ‘Geographic Expansion: Successful Growth Strategies – Using Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) to Expand Market Opportunities’.

The panel debate will include key strategies to consider when reviewing SaaS as an opportunity to expand into new markets; including new regions, as well as new countries using public networks for the delivery of services. The panel debate will take place on Wednesday 10 June at 15:15 CET at The Hilton Amsterdam.

Marjorie Toucas joined SuccessFactors in 2009 and is responsible for leading substantial growth in SuccessFactors’ EMEA region, focusing on small and medium-sized businesses.  Most recently Toucas was Director of EMEA Corporate Sales and Worldwide Lead Development for MySQL AB and was responsible for building and growing the SMB Sales infrastructure and developing the market for that segment in EMEA over a 4 year period. Toucas also held sales leadership roles at Oracle Europe.
